The short version

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or make a purchase, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. We only ever recommend firms, tools or services we personally use and genuinely believe in.

What this means in practice

Day Trader Tools is a free site. The calculators, education and blog content cost nothing to access and always will. To keep the site running, we occasionally partner with companies relevant to trading — specifically prop firms and trading tools.

When a link on this site is an affiliate link, it is either clearly labelled as such or sits within a section marked as a partner recommendation. We do not hide affiliate relationships or disguise promotional content as editorial content.

Our standard

We will not recommend anything we haven't personally used or thoroughly researched. The fact that a company has an affiliate programme does not mean we will promote them. We only feature firms or tools that we would recommend to a friend regardless of whether there was any financial incentive involved.

If our opinion of a recommended firm or product changes, we will update or remove the recommendation promptly.

Current affiliate partnerships

At the time of writing, Day Trader Tools has the following affiliate partnership:

We will update this list as and when new partnerships are added.

Regulatory note

Affiliate disclosure is required by law in many jurisdictions including the United States (FTC guidelines) and the United Kingdom (ASA guidelines). We comply with these requirements. If you have any questions about our affiliate relationships, contact us at blahblah23@blahblah.com.

Nothing has changed

The existence of affiliate links does not influence our editorial content, calculator results, or any advice given on this site. Everything we publish is based on our own experience and honest opinion. The calculators work the same whether you click an affiliate link or not.
